The Legis Group of companies carries on operations from independent British Offshore Islands, including the administration of client entities registered in other jurisdictions. Legis Group Holdings Limited is the group holding company of the Legis companies and does not undertake any activities on behalf of clients.

Legis Trust Limited is the main corporate trustee of the group. It acts as corporate trustee to private and charitable trusts established by or on behalf of clients to enable the safekeeping and preservation of assets and it provides trust administration services in respect of assets held in trust.

Legis Fund Services Limited is the principal fund administration company of the group. It provides fund administration services to both Guernsey and non-Guernsey open and closed-ended funds, including company secretarial, administrative, accounting and compliance services to asset classes such as traditional equity funds (including Shariah compliant funds), funds of hedge funds, private equity/venture capital and property funds, as well providing administration services for fund managers. We are also a listing sponsor for the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.

Legis Secretarial Services Limited acts as corporate secretary to client companies, providing the necessary statutory services to maintain a company in good legal standing.

Legis Trust & Corporate Administration Limited is the lead fiduciary licensee and provides registered office and resident agent services to client companies. It also provides such other company administration services as are agreed with the client and the client company.
