The Legis Group appoints associate director to trust team - 15th June 2010
The Legis Group has appointed Steve Bougourd as associate director of its Trust and Corporate division.
He joins with a wealth of experience in the fiduciary sector having worked for some of Guernsey’s leading bank-owned trust companies over the last 20 years.
During this time Mr Bougourd has been responsible for key client relationships, international structuring and tax arrangements for private and institutional clients, and business development.
Group managing director Stuart Platt-Ransom said that Mr Bougourd’s strong technical knowledge and understanding of the international fiduciary environment will add strength to the management team as they continue to grow the business and meet the needs of clients.

Mr Bougourd is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
