
Connie holds a wealth of experience in regulated private equity and venture capital funds. Educated in Guernsey, she began her career in high street banking before being appointed manager of Securities and Investments at Leopold Joseph in 1988.
Throughout the 90s she worked as an associate director for Quilter Goodison and as a deputy manager at Baring’s sister company Guernsey International Fund Managers before co-founding International Private Equity Services (IPES) in 1998. She remained a consultant for the latter until 2010.
In 2008, Connie co-founded Jacana Venture Partnership with three experienced private equity entrepreneurs and became a main committee member for the Guernsey International Fund Association. She is currently non-executive director on nine private equity fund boards and a director of a Belgium Clean Tech Fund Manager.
Connie is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, a Chartered Director of the Institute of Directors as well as a Jurat of the Royal Court of Guernsey.
