Patricia commenced her career in Edinburgh qualifying as a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (CA), she is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (FCSI). After qualifying as a CA she joined KPMG Guernsey, primarily in the audit department, before being appointed as assistant director of an international private bank. In 1998 she joined the fund industry with an international bank in the Cayman Islands, returning to Guernsey in 2002. Her appointments include managing director of a local fund services company and director of its group and client companies. Patricia joined Legis as Chief Operating Officer and, with twenty years' experience, brings an extensive understanding of the offshore finance industry.
