Ian Price

Associate Director, Legis Fund Services

Ian joined Legis in 2008 bringing with him over 12 years' experience in the offshore finance industry in Guernsey. In his current role he heads up the share registration and valuation functions, having initially been instrumental in the firm’s system conversion project. 

Before moving to Legis, Ian worked at Northern Trust, then Butterfield Fund Services (Guernsey) Limited where he managed teams responsible for valuations and share registration on large and complex open and closed ended funds including hedge funds and private equity structures. 

Ian is a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (FMAAT) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (ACSI).
