Liquidations

Legis may act as liquidator to companies and other entities from various jurisdictions. Legis predominantly acts where it has previously been the administrator or in circumstances of a members’ voluntary liquidation for a solvent company, although Legis will also consider acting in other circumstances. Fees are quoted taking note of the responsibility placed upon the liquidator in terms of the jurisdiction and the regulatory position of the entity, time and staff resources required to complete the liquidation, value and nature of assets and solvency position of the entity at the date of liquidation. We have several qualified accountants who are responsible for the provision of this service to our clients.
