Legis Fund Services Limited is a Category 2 listing member of the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.

In the role as Sponsor, Legis will:

• Confirm to the Exchange that it is satisfied that the relevant fund is compliant with the listing rules.
• Deal with the Exchange and advise the board of directors and officers of the listed fund.  In respect of all continuing obligations.
• Prepare and lodge with the Exchange formal application, together with supporting documentation.
• Seek approval from the Exchange for the listing prospectus.
