A Philadelphia native and proud alumnus of Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, Eric is a graduate of Florida A&M University, College of Law. During his tenure at Cheyney, Eric became a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. by way of Cheyney's Delta Pi Chapter. Prior to matriculating to FAMU, Eric taught 1st and 2nd grade during his gap-year while studying for the LSATs. While in law school, in addition to being on the Dean’s List, Eric was elected Vice President of FAMU Law’s Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Society (EASLS). Since 2020, Eric has served on the Young Lawyer's Division's Steering Committee for the Black Entertainment & Sports Lawyers Association (BESLA), becoming the first and only law student in the organization's 45-year history to have a position in leadership. While studying for the Uniform Bar Exam, Eric continued to teach and mentor students at several schools throughout the city of Philadelphia, ranging from Kindergarten to 9th Grade. Now as a licensed attorney working at Legis Group LLC, Eric strives to use his legal expertise to provide high-quality services to clients while simultaneously honing his professional skills.
